Antagarh city is surrounded by Bhanupratapur tehsil towards north, Koilebeda tehsil towards west, Kanker Tehsil towards east and Durgukondal tehsil towards west. The nearby cities to Antagarh include Kaner, Balod, Kondagaon and Dalli-Rajhara. Antagarh remains hot and humid during summer season, when the temperature may go up in between 31°C and 47°C. Even though Antagarh is not so famous tourist location, the city is nearer to the famous tourist attractions of Chhattisgarh state. Gadiya Mountain, Malanjhkudum water fall, Shivani Temple and Charre-Marre water fall etc are some of the famous tourist attractions in Kanker district and they all are within a few kilometers from Antagarh. Charre-Marre water fall, which is just 17 km away from Antagarh city, is a beautiful water fall. It is originated from the river named Jogidhara, which flows in Matla valley. The water fall is 16 meters high with a jig jag slop. The pleasure trip to Chhattisgarh is never completed without viewing this marvelous water fall.
